1 grass fed organic steak.
Dash of organic Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper
Any seasonal squash

Steak:

Season your steak generously with salt, drizzle with Worcestershire sauce, and let it marinate for 30 minutes. Then, sear each side to perfection for 6 minutes. Easy!

Squash:

Preheat oven to 400*

Cut squash into even pieces , toss with a few tablespoons of olive oil or ghee, season with salt, and roast for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
