Homemade Granola recipe🤎🤎

Time: 45 minutes to prepare and cook
Makes for: About 10 servings

1.5 cups oats
1 tsp cinnamon or cardamom
pinch of sea salt
1/2 cup of shredded coconut
1/2 cup raw nuts of your choice (pecans, walnuts, cashews…)
1/4 cup raw seeds of your choice (pumpkin, sunflower, etc.)
3 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/3 Cup Maple Syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbsp Tahini or other nut butter

Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 425*.

Mix oats, cinnamon, salt, coconut, nuts, and seeds in a medium mixing bowl.

In a separate bowl, mix Olive Oil, Maple Syrup, Vanilla, and Tahini. Pour mixture over the oat mixture and stir with a wooden spoon until fully incorporated.

Bake for 15 minutes, then stir mixture, breaking up any big chunks. Continue to cook for another 20 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool before transferring to a jar or storage container. Enjoy!
