My 5 Step Skincare Routine




Lately, I’ve been asked how do you keep your skin looking so young? I’m 63 so this is a topic near and dear to my heart. It’s not that I really care about how many wrinkles I have, I just want my face to reflect how I feel inside which is usually age 27. Your skin on the outside is impacted by what’s going on in the insides.

  1. Peace of mind - This is listed first because it is the most important. Anxiety shows itself on the skin. Stress increases cortisol levels, which speeds up the aging process. To avoid this, I always take Tranquility Formula. These are natural ingredients that help me stay calm when I am hit with stress.

  2. Food - Nutrient-dense fats are so important for healthy skin. Olive oil, butter, macadamia nuts, avocado, and beef fat are great healthy fats.

  3. Skin Rejuvenation Technologies - Red light therapy, infrared sauna, and nanovated oxygen bath are some of my favorite skin rejuvenation technologies. I usually do 15 minutes in our red light therapy once a week. This revitalizes the mitochondria and has been shown to improve the appearance of the skin.

  4. Sleep - The main rejuvenation of our bodies. If you don’t sleep, cortisol levels increase, and that can result in more wrinkles.
