Center For New Medicine

Founder Leigh Erin Connealy, M.D, and her practitioner team are prominent leaders in the integrative medical field. Dr. Connealy is the Medical Director of The Cancer Center for Healing & Center For New Medicine. The combined 30,000 square foot facilities are the largest integrative medical clinics in North America, and are visited by patients from all over the world, having treated 47,000 patients and growing.

The practitioner team treat patients with the best of all sciences, combining both homeopathic and certain conventional protocols. Our specialty practitioners focus on nutrition, mental health, chiropractic, acupuncture and natural hormone replacement.

The Center for New Medicine focuses on prevention and internal medicine along with yearly physicals, autoimmune disease, natural hormone replacement, and chronic health issues. The unified approach that all our Practitioners stand by, is that the patient as a whole must be treated, rather than simply treating the disease that the patient has. It is also our mission to determine the origin of each illness.

What Is New Medicine?

New medicine is an approach to care that addresses the full range of physical, emotional, mental, social, spiritual and environmental influences that affect a person’s health. Employing a personalized strategy that considers the patient’s unique circumstances, new medicines uses the most appropriate interventions from an array of scientific disciplines to heal illness and disease and help people regain and maintain optimum health.

Center for New Medicine contains some of the world’s most technologically advanced medical equipment, devices normally only found at select university research hospitals. Our prescriptions routinely feature customized dietary and lifestyle recommendations, natural nutritional supplements and other complementary therapies that produce lifelong benefits.

We shy away from the toxic aspects of conventional medicine at Center for New Medicine, using drugs and surgery only when such intervention is absolutely necessary. Instead, we focus on therapies that support the body’s innate defense and healing mechanisms. We first determine the root cause of the illness, and then work with you as a team to combat the illness, while changing your lifestyle to achieve optimal success.
